Short Comings With Country Living.

gee I'm really sorry I haven't been on for a while had a fare bit of work and been a bit crook, had a bad tooth ace. Being in a small town there's only two dentists and it really hard to get an appointment.

Unfortunately that's one of the draw backs of living in the country. There is a similar problem with your normal GPs and specialists. The few that are here either don't stay or they are so over worked they burn out with a few years, then the whole problem of getting them to come to the country starts again.

One small town in country NSW tried to entice a doctor to their with quite a large monetary incentive but even that didn't seem to work. I think I heard recently that the Government was thinking of making it compulsory as part of there residency training. Well hears hopping they find a remedy soon.....my tooth hurts
